3D Virtual Tours
Our technicians are insured and trained to the highest standard to use the most up-to-date cameras and technical solutions along with editing tools to provide your customers a real 360 experience. We cover residential projects for real estate agencies and commercial, industrial projects for architectural designs and construction development.
We are using 3D Cameras for Creating Professional 3D Virtual Experiences with 360 Views and 4K Photos.
To work in commercial construction or transportation premises our team members are qualified Sentinel, CSCS, and have knowledge of general H&S on-site and can deal with the task independently as required. This includes planning stages and taking care of their own safety as required.
What’s included in the service?
By using the Built For You service, you’re hiring our production team to process your 360 panoramas into:
* A fully-built 360 project, containing all your rooms or premises assembled together into a 3D virtual tour, floorplan, and 3D model
* PDF & JPG files of your HQ schematic floorplan, if you opted for it.
A link to your published project that you can share or embed anywhere online (For instance you can publish it in your website)
What is NOT included?
Additional customizations like branding, labels, and notes
Publishing to Google Street View
Embedding to your own website
Image enhancement (ex. fixing the brightness, contrast, blurring faces, etc. Please edit your photos before uploading them to your online storage or hosting)
That service is available for an extra charge.
How long does it take to capture my space?
When you enter the details of your property we provide an estimated amount of time it will take for the capture to be completed.
When will I be charged for the service?
Customers are charged at Check Out for the service or after completing our questionary for this task.
How will I be charged?
We accept payments by card or wire transfer.
Who can place an order for Capture Services?
The budget owner or decision maker will be able to order a capture service.
What are the limitations and requirements for scanning a Property or commercial premises?
Customers may only execute one order for one property. If they need multiple properties scan they must generate an appointment for each of the properties or discuss it in advance
What size property do you support?
Capture Services supports single properties and premises up to 30,000 sq ft maximum.
How long does it take to capture?
This is all dependent on the size of the space. Some properties can take anywhere from 4 to 8 hours depending on the size. Once the property has been scanned by the capture technician it will take between 24 and 48 hours for the model to process and be uploaded into the cloud. Please note very large models (over 10k sq ft may take longer to process).
How are the models transferred from capture technicians to customers?
- Once a capture technician completes the job, they will mark it as complete
- The job will be marked as “complete” in our system
- The space will automatically be transferred to the customer
How will I be notified my space is ready?
Once the model is ready, you will be notified by email at the email address provided during the questionary.
